These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MkaStream at https://mkastream.com and any related trial or subscription services. By using our website or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description
MkaStream provides access to a digital streaming subscription that includes live TV, movies, and series on compatible devices.
Service availability, channel line-ups, and features may change over time as part of normal maintenance and updates.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to purchase a subscription.
You are responsible for ensuring that use of the service complies with laws in your location.
3. Free trial
We may offer a free 24-hour trial at our discretion. Trials are limited to one per household unless we approve otherwise.
Trial access requires valid contact details and compatible device information. We may refuse or revoke trials in cases of abuse or fraud.
No credit card is required for the standard trial flow unless explicitly stated.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) are billed according to the price shown at checkout for your selected number of devices.
PayPal checkout is processed securely by PayPal. Bank transfer orders are confirmed manually via WhatsApp or email.
Prices are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees charged by your provider.
Activation typically occurs within 5–15 minutes after payment confirmation, though delays may occur outside our control.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the service for personal, non-commercial viewing on the number of devices included in your plan.
You must not share, resell, or redistribute account credentials except through our official reseller program where authorized.
You must not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer systems, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or abusive behavior.
6. Device and setup support
We provide setup guidance for supported devices including Firestick, Android TV, Smart TV, Android, iOS, and desktop platforms.
You are responsible for a stable internet connection and compatible hardware/software required to use the service.
7. Service changes and downtime
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may cause temporary interruptions.
We may modify features, apps, or supported devices with reasonable notice when possible.
8. Refunds
Refund rules are described in our Refund Policy at /refund. Digital subscriptions may have limited refund eligibility once activated.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MkaStream is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to a subscription is limited to the amount you paid for that subscription period.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Prepaid periods remain active until expiry unless a refund applies under our Refund Policy.
We may terminate or suspend accounts for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or abuse.
