Refund Policy

MkaStream sells digital streaming access that is activated remotely after payment. Once credentials are delivered and the service is activated, consumption may begin immediately.

The 24-hour free trial is provided at no charge. No refund applies because no payment is taken for the standard trial.

If you do not wish to continue, simply do not purchase a paid plan when the trial ends.

Payment made by mistake (duplicate order) — contact us within 48 hours with order details.

Activation not delivered within a reasonable time and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

Technical failure on our side that prevents use of the service for a material portion of the paid period, verified by support.

Where mandatory consumer law in your country provides a right of withdrawal for digital services not yet activated, we will honor that right.

Subscriptions that have been activated and credentials issued, except where required by law or covered in section 3.

Partial refunds for unused time after voluntary cancellation mid-period, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Issues caused by your device, internet connection, incompatible apps, or third-party blocking outside our control.

Abuse of trials, chargebacks filed without contacting support first, or violation of our Terms of Service.

Approved refunds for PayPal orders are processed back to the original PayPal account. Processing times depend on PayPal and your bank.

PayPal buyer protection may apply to eligible transactions under PayPal's own terms.

If a bank transfer refund is approved, we will return funds to the same account used for payment where possible, or agree an alternative method with you.

You may need to provide proof of payment (reference, date, amount).

We review requests within 2–5 business days and reply with our decision and next steps.

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. We prefer to resolve issues directly and quickly.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
